Kennedy B. Holley (KBH) is a Memphis-based visual artist whose work is characterized by emotional depth and a commitment to sustainability. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from the University of Memphis in 2021. Specializing in oil painting, Kennedy uses this medium to express the complexities of emotion, often incorporating repurposed materials as part of her environmentally-conscious artistic practice.
With a lifelong passion for creativity, Kennedy has always sought to channel her imagination through various forms of expression, from hands-on art-making to fashion. Her work at the intersection of art and fashion led her to pursue an art degree and contribute to a downtown lifestyle boutique that aligns with her creative vision. Since 2018, Kennedy’s artwork has been exhibited and sold at numerous local events and venues throughout Memphis. Her first solo exhibition took place at Stock&Belle in May 2022. Since 2024, Kennedy has served as the curator at Stock&Belle, where she is responsible for selecting artists for month-long exhibitions from March to October, providing emerging artists an opportunity to showcase their work and connect with the community. |
